Otudo

Privacy policy

Effective from 26 September 2026 · the web version at hraj.otudo.app and the Otudo app for Android

In short: Otudo collects no personal data from you or your child, sends nothing to our servers, and has no accounts, ads, analytics or cookies. Everything the game remembers stays on your device (in the Android app, possibly also in your Google account backup if you have it turned on).

Who is responsible for Otudo

Operator: Vojtěch Janků, sole trader, company ID (IČO) 87770008, Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. Contact for privacy questions: vojtech@jankulabs.com.

What the game remembers, and where

So that the game knows where your child left off, it stores only on your device:

This data never leaves the device to reach us. We have no access to it and cannot read it.

What we don't do

Web version

The website and the game are delivered by the hosting service Netlify. Like any web server, it technically processes the data needed to deliver the page (for example, the IP address in server logs). We don't use these logs to track anyone. Game data is stored in the browser; you can delete it in the browser settings (by clearing the data for hraj.otudo.app) or by deleting the profile in the parent area.

Android app

Children

Otudo is made for children aged 4 to 8. We collect no personal data from children. Purchases and settings are only in the parent area, which is protected by a parental gate.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to give you access to or correct. You have full control over the data on your device and can delete it at any time. If you have any questions, write to us at the contact above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. The policy is available in several languages; if the versions differ, the Czech version prevails.
